Meet Kim!
My path into wedding coordination was shaped long before I ever coordinated a first dance. After years managing high-profile corporate events for Calvin Klein and Polo Ralph Lauren,
I developed a deep appreciation for what it takes to bring a complex, meaningful event together seamlessly — and a genuine love for the feeling of watching it all come to life.
In 2000, I channeled all of that experience into something closer to my heart, and Kimberly Pilson Weddings & Events was born.
Since then, I have coordinated hundreds of celebrations across The Hamptons, New York City, and beyond — and every single one has reinforced why I love this work so deeply.
