Too often, couples ask the people they love most — a sister, a best friend, a mother — to take on the role of Month-of or Day-of coordinator. It comes from a place of trust, and it is always well-intentioned. But it means that person cannot relax, cannot celebrate, and cannot simply be a guest.

We begin working together six weeks before your wedding date, reviewing everything you have put in place and ensuring every detail is accounted for. Once your master timeline is finalized, we take over completely one month out — so you can close your planning notebooks, exhale, and simply look forward to your day.

We step in two weeks before your wedding, absorb your carefully laid plans, and take it from there — managing every vendor, every cue, and every moment so that you remain completely present from beginning to end.
